Shining Salt

This is my first post to Shining Salt! I started this blog to record our (my husband and I) events as a medical missionary to Mexico this summer. We leave in 7 days and was encouraged to start this from our missions coordinator. Well, I think it's a great idea. How did I choose this name? Christianity is a huge part of our life and integral part of our marriage. This name was originally coined by my friend, Brianna. Tragically, she was killed while working with YWAM as a medical missionary in Nigeria in December 2005. Bri and I were great friends and she was my role model and inspiration, though she was my same age!! I hope that this blog will be useful to my family and friends!
